Communications' Intern

Job Purpose:

• Support employer reputation in Kazakhstan by mutually beneficial relationships with universities, students, alumni, professional communities and other stakeholders
• Support the development of employer reputation online ecosystem to interact and engage with external audiences (website, Instagram, others).
• Support the implementation of Mars Be Well program and promote healthy lifestyle among Mars Associates in CEAB and Turkey.

Job responsibilities:

• Execute on the annual Mars Academy / employer reputation plan
• Coordinate major online and offline employer reputation interactions and events
• Develop, and promote Mars social media channels and campaigns
• Participate in Mars Be Well health and wellbeing program aimed to promote healthy lifestyle among associates
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of internal corporate events
• Monitor project documentation and communications

Requirements:

Education & Professional Qualification

• Third or fourth year of study student
• English (upper-intermediate) & Russian. Kazakh would be an advantage.
• Experienced in MS office programs
• Understanding of SMM technologies (KPIs and promotions)
