8. Take part in the Admintsrative household issues regarding the renting office, renting agreement; Organize the maintenance of the coffee machine, regrigerators, coolers and etc.
9. Coordinate the sending documents and goods by courier; registering the incoming and outcoming delivery;
10. Organize leadership meetings, approve the attendee list with the HQ, search the venue, aprrove the menu and the amount and etc.
11. Supporting HR functions as control the local acts to be familiarized by them and signed; Introduce a new comer with the office;Familiarize with the new local regulatory acts of the Company, collect missing signatures;
11. Control over the Birthdays, send Birthday emails, send the availability report to HQ in Moscow every morning at 10 am.
12. Control the all types of insurance for all Company vehicles; working closely with the Vendors, Procurement and accountants;
13. Update the MDI board according to the Quality Assurance;
14. Organize team buildings as Almaty Marathon, Nauryz and New Year etc.
