Ensure that identified Health, Safety & Environment requirements are implemented by appropriate personnel and contractors in all working areas. Verify that all site personnel working for operation are fully conversant with HSE policies and procedures. Ensure that each individual performing his duties is competent, trained and familiar with his roles and responsibilities. To continually review and recommend updates to develop, maintain, and update HSE procedures and manuals, and maintain a comprehensive record of all non-compliance issues, accidents, KPI’s, and corrective actions. Continuously monitors the rig and riles operations to ensure that a healthy working environment for all employees is provided to conduct their roles and responsibilities in a safe manner. Continuously strive to educate site based staff on the need for adherence to company’s HSE policies, procedures and standards. Define training needs and organize training courses and programs. Monitor Health, Safety and Environment performance by utilizing Audits, Inspections and safety meetings with the active participation of all site management. Assist in the design of HSE plan and programs to ensure dynamic and continuous improvement in company’s HSE performance. To promote the Corporate Environmental Policy; ensure that activities and operations are performed within Corporate and statutory environmental and sustainability requirements.

Manage and oversee implementation of the permit system for Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) Supervise and support (7 rig based) and Interact with different executive bodies: Drilling, Work over, Construction, and Production Departments. Raising awareness of the risk profile by educating management and employee alike Conduct evaluations and inspections of the workplace to minimise hazards and advise on effective strategies of risk control; Audit and review contractors safety programs and performance Conduct and review risk assessments, HAZOPS, HAZIDS and root cause analysis; Writing of safety policies and procedures for isolation and PTW.

Analyse all HSE statistical data in a database and producing statistics for management; Conduct site orientations and assist in development of QHSE programmes, initiatives: training, safety inductions and toolbox meetings. Responsible for emergency preparedness and response exercises, including plans and field drills in conjunction with Operations. Communicate areas for improvement within the operation to leadership as well as develop plans to resolve identified gaps within assigned target dates. Provide safety leadership coaching and mentoring to operations and contractor leaders to drive safety culture improvement. Understand, interpret and clearly communicate regulations and corporate policies. Collaborate with other HES representatives to share best practices, corrective actions, and process improvements. Set an example of living our values by participating in safety meetings, Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) program, environmental awareness, diversity awareness opportunities and other activities.

Implementation of the safe work processes and practices, setting up HSE MS on site for the project life and personal contribution to HSE Management System. Advise site management and serve as a resource for the technical interpretation of Health, Safety and Environment Regulations in addition to company and client policies and procedure. Assess HSE performance and identify trends data analysis. Prepare HSE reports and safety evaluation, communicate with management concerning the assessment of the HSE program performance, and provide proactive and/or corrective action recommendation.

Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles, heavy equipment are safe and up to the standard before commencement of each jobs. Conducting and participating in meetings like safety committee, monthly management.

Oversee and implemented company and Customer and OSHA regulations at these facilities working closely with client policies Conducted new employee orientation, fire watch training, confined space training and any other training specific to the needs of the sites. Ensure JSA's are completed, potential jobsite hazards are identified and discussed and personal protective equipment is provided.

Provide technical support to tablet PC & laptop users / Assist in testing, implementation & troubleshooting. Support end-users on Ms Office, Win XP, Outlook, Resolve hardware / software issues on desktop / laptop PC, network printer. Administer and maintain server and network equipment to ensure high availability and high performance of the systems. Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendor in asset procurement.
