- Provide translation of correspondence, greetings of the General Director, internal messages of the Company, MoMs of the meetings with the Communities, scripts for the annual Sustainability Report - provide translation and downloading policies and procedures in the EDMS/Intranet systems in compliance with the KPO policy for document management - Value the scope of works performed by the Contractors, prepare Call-offs for their services in the SAP system, liaise with the Contractor’s representatives on performance of rendering their services and control their compliance to the Contract terms - Keep records of working time of personnel; prepare working time-sheets, with calculation of total working hours, control accurate preparation and submission to appropriate subdivisions of the HR department

- Written translation of all relevant documentation & correspondence, individual contracts for the foreign personnel, proofreading of contracts of contracting companies for compliance of Russian to English version - Translation of lectures on occupational safety, emergency response - Preparation of planning schedules and reports, continuous work with various companies for searching potential clients for training and further cooperation with them - Additional functions included the functions of HR specialist

- Written translation of Engineering & Technical Documentation, basically with the technical content on the project «Pipeline Construction» including all the construction stages from geodetic survey up to pipeline hydrotesting, preparation of as-built documentation for audit - Preparation & Translation of Official Correspondence to Client - Interpretation at meetings with Project Owners - Administrative affairs (Registration of outgoing & incoming correspondence, Planning, Preparation of Daily Progress Reports, Manpower & Machinery Resource Reports, Technical Acts & Work orders, Creating & Maintaining of Employees personal files as per requirements of RoK codes and standards, etc)

- Work as a translator - translation and interpretation, including the storage of data in files and digital format, translation of technical, geological and legal documentation and correspondence. - Personal Assistant of the Chief Geologist. - Additionally – performance of general administrative functions in the office
