Implementing lean projects to improve and automize business processes (saved to company >10k USD per month) Operation of monthly US GAAP financial reports in accordance with US GAAP standards and corporate policies such as Enterprise Standards, General Accounting Policies/ Management Accounting Procedures, and company procedures based on primary statutory accounting data (IFRS); • Uploading of financial data into reporting systems within corporate deadlines, analyses of balance variances actual vs OP and providing necessary info as needed; • Reconciliation of balances of BS with primary documentation in accordance with GE General Accounting Policies and in line with corporate deadlines in the relevant systems of the company; • Communication with business financial managers in terms of information requests and any other questions relating to reporting process; • Reconciliation of statutory balances vs US GAAP in line with corporate requirements and deadlines, understand and to be able to explain differences

● Financial support for businesses, creating monthly closing reports for businesses ● Data analysis related to the revenue/expense billings ● Accountant responsibilities (invoice flow control, and communication with intercompany businesses) ● Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded ● Prepare the act of acceptances and receiving them signed and stamped according to local requirements ● Collecting all the data (breakdown) regarding the billings ● Preparing the invoices to tax review ● Monthly and quarterly accounts reconciliation ● Preparing payments by verifying documentation.
