FLEX is a highly competitive, merit-based scholarship program funded by the U.S. Department of State with 27 000 alumni across the globe and 2500 in Kazakhstan • Organized 60+ projects aimed on development of alumni & local community, some with NGOs and US Consulate • Encouraged and mentored alumni in organizing their own project initiatives • Developed strong network of 15 regional alumni representatives annually • Developed engaging alumni social media pages and campaigns on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook • Managed and reported on alumni activities and budget • Promoted employment and development opportunities for alumni through partnering with various organizations including Air Astana, MARS, USAID, US Consulate
