Corporate Knowledge Manager & Professional Communities coordinator

It is very important for our business to assure effective horizontal knowledge sharing between the teams – webinars, meetups & summits, video library with effective navigation system, motivation system for internal experts, chats to assure the quick support – questions and answers, announcements for new training , new features, tools, practices, space to either to revise or receive new ideas, etc.
We are currently looking for Corporate Knowledge Manager & Professional Communities coordinator.
Responsibilities:
4. Identify not answered questions in chats and discover the experts who may help
5. Monitor the communities activity, stimulate it when required (quizzes, announcements, hackatons, awarding, schedule the series of meetups etc)
6. Coordinate the webinars, meetups including invitations, dry runs, the speakers preparation and even training, the event moderating and post event processing (feedback collection, video processing & publishing)
7. Manage the coverage of the “skills points” within the active communities, discover the potential core teams for the required skills points (topics)
8. Assure transparency of the communities efficiency for the top management team
9. Coordinate the centralized hall of fame for knowledge sharing activities (communities core team, the events speakers and active contributors, authors of popular video, onboarding & reskilling mentors), work with local authorities (HR, Regional Director) to assure local awarding and reuse it as a promo-input for global needs
10. Identify the external training events & materials useful for the community, assure the purchase including all required approvals
