Experience, skills and qualifications:

  • A University degree in Law, Finance, Mechanical or Mining Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Russian and English
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Legal support, Sales support, Contract management and/or Logistics (preferably in the mining industry)
  • An excellent work ethic and a desire to get the job done
  • A high degree of motivation and diligence, with excellent attention to detail and good time management skills
  • A proactive team player, with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • A strong customer-oriented attitude with well-developed communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
  • A fast learner with strong ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and process large amounts of information quickly, whether in Russian or English
  • An ability to work accurately and effectively even under pressure and time constraints
  • A high level of Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Power Point and Advanced Excel) with good knowledge of 1C: Enterprise platform

Key responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales department from the formation of leads to their development and closure
  • Collect information on potential clients through various strategies including internet searches, cold-calling or personal networking
  • Assistance in preparation of tender documentation and contracts
  • Communicate with both local and international clients, partners and vendors
  • Meeting and event management (set up meetings, organize customer events, public presentations, seminars, participation in exhibitions and conferences)
  • Product delivery management (communication with clients and patners, assigned transportation companies and brokers)
  • Monitoring, reporting and handling of account receivables on all active deals
  • Maintenance and update of CRM database on a regular basis
  • Translation of business-related documentation (personally or via agencies), such as international contracts, marketing materials, press releases etc.
  • Liaison with mass media and press services in collaboration with international marketing teams and advertising agencies

Administrative support

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements (tickets, visas, hotel booking, taxis etc.)
  • Fulfill functions of secretary (answer phone calls, host office visitors/clients, handle incoming/outgoing correspondence)
  • Office maintenance (office supplies ordering, electricity, telephone and any other regular/irregular payments)
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO

Compensation and benefits:

  • Work schedule: from 09:00 to 18:00, 5/2, weekend Saturday and Sunday
