Duties & Responsibilities

  • Executing all day-to-day activities regarding customer order management (order taking, processing, billing, returns) if applicable
  • Ensuring of supply chain and customer order management activities are in line with regulations and in compliance with corporate and regional guidelines
  • Managing and optimizing of all processes from outbound logistics to customers if applicable
  • Improving customer service performance and management, providing operational support and line management to representative
  • Leading the implementation and ensure execution in line with BI's customer contact strategy at (R)OPU level
  • Ensuring standard process executions in customer service to Ensure efficiency gains
  • Order management process
  • Identifying logistics improvements and CI, and coordinate gain-share opportunities with 3PL providers
  • Managing operations with 3PLs on a day-to-day basis (e.g goods receipt and release)
  • Managing the local logistics and distribution in line with best practices and regulatory requirements in alignment with the quality assurance team
  • Managing the inbound part (shipments from RCV) to warehouse distribution and customs processes
  • Coordinating inventory reconciliation, identifying any variance and resolving stock issues
  • Directly responsible for the process and documentation of goods destructions

Requirements

  • Higher pharmaceutical education
  • Prior relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills within a complex environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to cope with high work load in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Solutions oriented
