Требуемый опыт работы: 3–6 лет

Полная занятость, полный день

Responsibilties:

  • Attract clients for Home Financing product and sell all existing retail banking products;
  • preparation of management reports and analytical materials for the Bank's Management Board;
  • participation in development and, if necessary, revision of the business conditions for home finance services/and another retail banking products, in conjunction with the Risk Management Department, to improve business and risk indicators;
  • participation in the development of the Bank's annual plans;
  • participation in the development of internal policies and procedures of the Bank;
  • continuously works on the effective use and expansion of existing / new sales channels to attract individuals to banking services in the area of home finance and existing retail banking products;
  • builds profitable and mutually beneficial relations with potential and current clients of the Bank;
  • complies with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank;
  • properly ensures the preservation of trade secrets and the observance of an appropriate confidentiality regime in the activities of the Division;
  • performs the tasks and functions assigned in accordance with the Regulations on the Department;
  • performs other duties falling within his competence by oral or written instruction of the Director of the Department / Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a relevant sphere);
  • minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Products (especially Home Financing) Sales
  • advanced knowledge of English;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • flexibility and adaptability to a situation and environment;
  • tactful, reliable and able to keep confidentiality;
  • good learning and multi-tasking ability;
  • able to prioritize, decision making and problem solving, when required;
  • able to work as a team member and individually;
  • excellent customer service skills;
  • accuracy/good math skills;
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • knowledge of professional business correspondence;
  • abidance by corporate dress code and Code of Ethics.
