Требуемый опыт работы: 1–3 года

Main objectives:

  • Design and build training material to support FIM deliverables
  • Support business champions through development of coaching materials and events
  • Analyze feedback received from delegates and business to make improvements to learning materials
  • Plan for, and maintain learning material
  • Plan and organize delivery of training events to ensure positive learning environment is created for the FIM Program audience.
  • Deliver learning interventions via Face to Face workshops and coaching activity
  • Complete post course administrative activities and in conjunction with Change Manager, review effectiveness of learning interventions

Key activities:

  • Production of learning materials to develop competence in use of systems, business process and soft skills in both English, Russian and on when required, Kazakh
  • Display creativity in building learning solutions that are appropriate to the FIM Program audience whilst being cost and time effective
  • Plan and execute the maintenance of training material, including maintenance of training and support materials on the FIM Knowledge Hub SharePoint site.
  • Plan and prepare for delivery of training events (including joining instructions, scheduling, handouts, etc….)
  • Deliver systems and soft skills workshops
  • Complete post course administration (including evaluation forms, spreadsheets, competency skill checks, etc.)
  • Support learners at ‘Drop in Center’ events through use of coaching skills
  • Contribute to the success of the FIM Program by identifying issues in a timely manner and providing suggestions for improvement

Key success metrics:

  • Numbers of positive evaluation forms received gauging delegates reactions to learning events
  • Positive comments received and evidence of steps taken to develop skills because of trainer observations completed by Change Manager.
  • Percentage of delegates passing skills checks
  • Results of evaluation gauging the delegates ability to transfer learning into the workplace
  • Results of evaluation measuring the impact of the learning with key Stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering systems and soft skills workshops
  • Display an ability to engage and deliver complex messages / concepts to delegates
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Adult Learning techniques
  • Excellent written and spoken Russian, English and Kazakh
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
