Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee Quick Service Restaurant. This role is responsible for driving profitability, managing large teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering business growth while maintaining the company’s mission, values, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Team Leadership: Manage daily operations, optimize labor costs, and lead a high-performing team. Focus on training, motivating, and retaining talent while ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Financial Management: Collaborate with Franchisors, HD Leads, and the Americana leadership team to drive sales, growth, and profitability. Monitor P&L, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure resource optimization.
  • Brand & Market Strategy: Implement pricing, promotions, and new initiatives to increase sales and improve customer experience. Support market mapping and site feasibility studies for expansion and business growth.
  • Food Safety & Compliance: Lead food safety programs and ensure compliance with all standards, while driving quality improvements and achieving key metrics.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to align strategies, communicate priorities, and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5-10 years in QSR or restaurant operations, with proven leadership and multi-unit management experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong ability to promote diversity across the organization.

  • Financial & Analytical Skills: Ability to manage P&L, optimize costs, and analyze performance.
