The Future Talent Program in Kazakhstan is designed to bring together bright, ambitious, and passionate talents into the adidas world. This six-month program, starting in summer 2025, offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, learning, and development. You’ll support the Wholesale team in daily operations while leading a business development project, which you will present to adidas management at the program’s end. Beyond the invaluable experience, you’ll gain regional and global networking opportunities, sharpen your commercial and business acumen, and, upon successful completion, have the chance to join the adidas talent pool—opening doors to future career opportunities within the company.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To passionately support the Key Account Management team in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that drive the profitable growth of adidas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales data analysis, product analysis, stocks, sell-through, product replenishment, and comp growth.
- Monitor and report on customer and competitor activities, proposing actionable insights.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the Wholesale department.
- Analyze key account marketing activities and partial support with execution marketing campaigns.
- Support Sales team to optimize processes, create new tools (excel, power BI) for analysis.
- Execute an assigned project as part of the program.
Key requirements:
- Graduate degree 2024-2025 with a high GPA in Economics and Business Administration.
- Sports enthusiast.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
- Upper – intermediate level of English (verbal & written).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Reliability, proactiveness, teamwork and flexibility, result-orientation.

- Duration: 6 months.
- Schedule: full time with flexible working hours and hybrid format.
