Your responsibilities
- Lead DPSM approach in sales department
- Support& consult Manager to lead annual and quarterly target setting process in Kimberly-Clark CIS sales department
- Support Data Strategy and cascade approach in sales department
- Efficiency: impact on sales investigation and recommendations development and discussion; Sync internal & external data, prepare reports to see the actuals vs targets in Pricing (ARP, Promo, Strategical), Placement, Activities, SoS, Weighted and numeric distributions
- Reporting
- Optimization of sales processes
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in commercial department, analytics
- Higher education in related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI
- Upper-Intermediate or above level of English
- Project management skills as an advantage
- SQL knowledge as an advantage
