Your responsibilities

- Promotes our core values: safety first, leadership and accountability, employee involvement and ownership, commitment to excellence, integrity and responsibility, and value creation for partners;

- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments;

- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels;

- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy;

- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary;

- Tracking and fixing shipments;

- Preparing bills and invoices for payment;

- Managing distribution and shipment budgets;

- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards;

- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized;

- Working with Custom brokers and agents and coordinating their work accuracy;

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree preferable in Supply Chain Management or Engineering;

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English;

Excellent problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail;

Comfortable with working in teams and individually;
