Обязанности:
- Managing and executing recruiting process for positions in Risks, Analytics, and IT departments: sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offers.
- Utilizing various HR technology tools designed to automate, simplify, and enhance human resource processes.
- Organizing team-building activities, encouraging engagement: dinners, social events, outdoor/indoor games etc.
- Assisting employees with compensation-related questions: medical insurance, salary, other reimbursements.
- Coordinating relocation and onboarding process for employees.
- Degree or experience in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage your tasks and plan your time effectively.
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly, do the "impossible," and find solutions in non-standard situations.
- Ability to present well-structured materials.
- Proficiency in English at a conversational level — both written and spoken.
- On-site work in our office in Almaty city.
