Main Responsibilities:
- Personnel records management;
- Staff selection;
- Staff adaptation;
- Staff motivation;
- Staff assessment;
- Staff development and implementation of staff training programs;
- Staff training
- Higher education;
- Degree in HR field would be a plus;
- Relevant work experience;
- Training experience;
- 1С ЗУП;
- Good knowledge of Labor Code;
- Good knowledge of Word, Exсel, Power Point;
- Fluent English is a MUST;
- Kazakh language would be a PLUS
