Junior Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Specialist to join our team. This role requires fluency in Chinese, and it is perfect for someone with an interest in sales, business development, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing client relationships.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports in both English and Chinese.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Chinese-speaking regions.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support for sales tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Assist in organizing sales events, meetings, and trade shows.
• Manage sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is a must.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and business development.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience or internships in sales, business development, or customer management is a plus but not required.
