KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, ALMATY

(INTERNATIONAL COMPANY)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Business, MBA (is a plus)

Fluent written and spoken English, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.

Experience: around 4-6 years of experience in a comparable position.

Previous experience in similar role with a strong relationship with A&D channel stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
  • Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering his/her Projects Channel Sales Mission assigned for the Country’s Market in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
  • Creates short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design offices to gain specifications and sales of the sanitary fittings.
  • Develops new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects & designers.
  • Promotes company's products in formal presentations and trainings to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Project management – write and maintain project specifications within project system.
  • The Project Sales, A&D, is also responsible for the generation of business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts for the business.
  • Ensure that a close relationship with the account portfolio is established by carrying out continuous visits to existing and new accounts, organizing special events for the accounts.
  • Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Provide fully support to the business partners and dealers with specifications, mockups, proposals, etc. related to the project channel.
  • Working across key channels: architects/designers and developers (hotel, residential real estate, commercial real estate, healthcare).
  • Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year.
  • Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management.
  • Product update for project customers.
