Обязанности:
- Build catalogue & out of catalogue to meet objectives for Kazakhstan (Sales, UPA, SPA, Activity, margin),
- Plan Ecom campaigns (weekly and ACT offers)
- Prepare and update dummy based on products flow
- Coordinate pricing strategy, prepare proposal of price changes in Catalogue, in order to maximize the UPA, sales and margin
- Margin control – to reach the targets
- Manage possible out of stock threats, checkstock for all planned actions
- Implement offers according to the creative approach to each campaign to maximize seasonality, reflect Oriflame brand positioning and strategy
- Managing the product flow with AI proposals ensuring best possible selection of products chosen for the catalogue
- Generate all reports and data regarding campaign
- Prepare and present Post Campaign Analysis
- Coordinate Commercial Activation Actions

Commercial Planner should present project leading skills with high ability to work with different teams like forecasters, category specialists and creative group. Person with “can-do” attitude
- Creative and open mind person
- Excellent user experience of Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint
- Detail oriented
- Focus on deadlines
- English – fluent in writing and speaking
- Good analytical skills is a must
- Should have customer orientation to plan market relevant catalogues.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Masters Degree in Economics / Marketing / Management
- At least 2-3 years of proffessional experience in marketing
- Very good English
