Обязанности:
  • Build catalogue & out of catalogue to meet objectives for Kazakhstan (Sales, UPA, SPA, Activity, margin),
  • Plan Ecom campaigns (weekly and ACT offers)
  • Prepare and update dummy based on products flow
  • Coordinate pricing strategy, prepare proposal of price changes in Catalogue, in order to maximize the UPA, sales and margin
  • Margin control – to reach the targets
  • Manage possible out of stock threats, checkstock for all planned actions
  • Implement offers according to the creative approach to each campaign to maximize seasonality, reflect Oriflame brand positioning and strategy
  • Managing the product flow with AI proposals ensuring best possible selection of products chosen for the catalogue
  • Generate all reports and data regarding campaign
  • Prepare and present Post Campaign Analysis
  • Coordinate Commercial Activation Actions
Требования:
  • Commercial Planner should present project leading skills with high ability to work with different teams like forecasters, category specialists and creative group. Person with “can-do” attitude

  • Creative and open mind person
  • Excellent user experience of Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented
  • Focus on deadlines
  • English – fluent in writing and speaking
  • Good analytical skills is a must
  • Should have customer orientation to plan market relevant catalogues.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Masters Degree in Economics / Marketing / Management
  • At least 2-3 years of proffessional experience in marketing
  • Very good English
