Position Overview
The GTM Specialist is responsible for planning and executing go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and market entry. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive results.

Job Responsibilities:

Industry Insights and Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and market environment, gather forward-looking market intelligence, and guide product planning optimization. Collaborate to deliver the company's annual product roadmap.

Research and Analysis:
- Conduct regular research and insights into markets, industries, and consumer behavior. Collect macro market, industry (including customers/channels), consumer, and competitive data to produce valuable analytical reports.

Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product positioning, target breakdown, initial orders and forecasts, marketing budget allocation, pricing systems, unique selling points, marketing and sales strategies, and channel inventory management. Ensure product targets and profitability are met, taking responsibility for the commercial success of the product.

Price Management:
- Manage product pricing across all channels, optimizing volume and pricing to maximize product revenue and maintain market stability.

Channel Enablement:
- Empower sales channels by providing optimal support and 4P strategies. Assist sales leaders in business negotiations and help achieve channel sales targets.

Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management by aligning resources and schedules across product, channel, marketing, delivery, and after-sales departments. Drive product launches, collaborate on integrated marketing plans, and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment of company objectives and information consistency.

Product Market Analysis:
- Based on product target market positioning and core characteristics, analyze market sales data and competitive dynamics to identify gaps and opportunities. Adjust product portfolios and strategies for new and existing products. Evaluate competitors' strategies, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to execute product launches and collaborate across teams.
