一、岗位职责（Job Responsibility）
制定项目安全、职业健康、消防保卫、环境保护、应急管理绩效目标，实施考核；
Establish performance objectives for project safety, occupational health, fire protection, environmental protection, and emergency management, and conduct assessments.
负责公司安全、职业健康、消防保卫、环境保护、应急监督等领域管理工作；
Be responsible for the management of industrial safety, occupational health, fire protection, environmental protection, and emergency supervision within the company.
根据哈萨克斯坦法律、法律和行业标准，推进本单位安全生产标准化建设，促进本质安全提升；
Promote the standardization of safety production within the organization in accordance with Kazakhstan's laws, regulations, and industry standards, and enhance intrinsic safety.
负责和推动工业安全、职业健康、消防保卫、环境保护、应急准备等领域共性事务；
Be responsible for and drive common affairs in the fields of industrial safety, occupational health, fire protection, environmental protection, and emergency preparedness.
落实公司安全、应急、环保领域日常检查及专项安全监督检查活动，协调并参加上级安全监管部门对本单位的各类安全监督检查等；
Implement daily inspections and special safety supervision activities in the areas of safety, emergency response, and environmental protection, and coordinate and participate in various safety supervision inspections conducted by higher-level safety regulatory authorities.
开展安全生产月、安全生产日等群众性安全生产活动，提高安全氛围和意识；
Organize mass safety production activities such as Safety Production Month and Safety Production Day to enhance the safety atmosphere and awareness.
公司劳保用品、安全设备管理、安全培训和人员安全相关资质管理；
Manage the company's labor protection supplies, safety equipment, safety training, and personnel safety-related qualifications.
负责落实生产安全事故事件、重大环境污染事件、职业病事件的调查、原因分析，并督促整改；
Be responsible for investigating and analyzing production safety incidents, major environmental pollution incidents, and occupational disease incidents, and督促整改.
负责落实本单位开展风险管控和隐患排查治理活动，督促落实整改，实现闭环管理；
Be responsible for implementing risk control and hidden hazard investigation and management activities,督促整改, and achieving closed-loop management.
负责安全文化建设、宣传、评价及依据哈萨克斯坦法律执行安全投入等工作；
Responsible for safety culture construction, promotion, evaluation, and the execution of safety investments in accordance with Kazakhstan's laws, among other related tasks.
负责监督外委单位安全工作（包括但不限于安全记录、安全培训、安全应急演练、两票执行）等安全活动执行情况，符合哈萨克斯坦法律、法规要求，定期对公司所属场站进行安全检查。
Responsible for supervising the safety activities of outsourced company (including but not limited to safety records, safety training, safety emergency drills, and the execution of work permits) to ensure compliance with Kazakhstan's laws and regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections at the company's affiliated stations.
负责执行公司下发的安全检查、安全排查，并填写相应记录，编制相关总结，将检查结果上传至公司系统。
Responsible for executing safety inspections and safety investigations issued by the company, completing relevant records, compiling summaries, and uploading the inspection results to the company's system.
完成领导交代的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

岗位要求：
Job Requirements
本科及以上学历，安全工程、质量、应急、电气或其他理工科相关专业；
Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Engineering, Quality, Emergency Management, Electrical Engineering, or other related science and engineering fields.
4年以上工作经验，3年以上相关岗位工作经验，持有符合哈萨克斯坦要求的安全证书；
More than 4 years of work experience, including over 3 years of relevant job experience, and holding a safety certificate that meets the requirements of Kazakhstan.
熟悉哈萨克斯坦安全生产法规、职业健康、消防保卫、应急等法律法规和公司安全生产管理制度与标准
Familiar with Kazakhstan safety production regulations, occupational health, fire safety, emergency response laws and regulations, as well as the company's safety production management systems and standards.
具备英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言，同时熟悉中文者优先；
Ability to speak, read and write English as a working language, and familiarity with Chinese is preferred.
熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
Proficient in using Office software.
