Trade Marketing Assistant

Purpose of the job:

As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of the activation plan that supports the objectives of Unilever’s leading brands in the trade.

You will assist in the execution of exciting brand/category plans and activities for the sales team, customers, and consumers based on the Trade Marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support with sales team KPIs’ planning and follow up.
• To work closely with marketing team and agency to prepare accurate and on-time catalog update for K&K sales teams.
• To collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain and demand planning teams to collect necessary information to customers on product launches/re-launches.
• Support on POSM projects starting from planning till in-store placement.
• To assist in BTL promo projects, to participate in brainstorming, agency briefings.
• Aid in PO creation, Invoices, closing documents.
• Regular field visits/store checks/market tours.

Experiences & Qualifications:

• Bachelor and Upper degree; Degree in Marketing preferably
• Fluent Russian, Kazakh can be an advantage, English Upper-Intermediate
• Minimum experience in trade marketing/sales in FMCG is a plus
• Competent in MS Office (main apps: PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good written and verbal communication, ability to convey thoughts
• Effectively organize, prioritize, follow up and complete tasks, good time management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and assist on multiple projects with attention to details
• Ownership, Attentiveness, Good communication skills, Ability to analyze data
