  1. CANDIDATES WITH HSE BACKGROUND ARE NOT SUITABLE
  2. Candidate shall possess background of working for energy / EPC, EPCm companies in domain of (Oil, Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical projects)
    1. 8-10 yrs of experience in the industry
    2. Hand-on experience working as Lead Process Safety Engineer.
    3. Able to define the process safety functional requirements for development projects at various stages + taking in consideration to local requirements.
    4. Shall have proven experience in leading the process safety functions (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, design review session)
    5. Shall process functional experience in reviewing / challenging the QRA design review outcomes
    6. Shall collaborate with engineering teams to ensure findings from Safety reviews session are implemented in design document
    7. Shall review and ensure design of Fire Fighting and Fire Protection systems meets the project / local requirements.
    8. Shall have experience in leading the PSSR (Pre-Startup safety review) and addressing the outcomes to construction teams for implementation.
