Senior Manager/Head of Risk Governance and Architecture Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Risk management system support and P&P development,
• Risk appetite strategy and determination of risk appetite levels,
• Implementation of internal limits aimed to achieve an optimal balance between risk and profitability of transactions,
• Coordination of internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) and participation in internal liquidity adequacy assessment process (ILAAP),
• Participation in the process of implementation and subsequent monitoring of the ESG,
• Risk modelling implementation in line with Group standards,
• Participation in the reporting and risk management system optimization,
• Participation in the issuance of external audit reports (in the risk management part),
• Communication with state authorities on activities of division.

REQUIREMENTS:

• English at advanced or at least upper-intermediate level
• Proficiency in office applications (MS Office)
• Knowledge of IFRS 9 and the provisioning process for credit assets
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis tools (modeling, stress testing, scenario analysis)
• Knowledge of principles and requirements of regulators (the AFR, Basel, etc.)
• Knowledge of ICAAP
• Higher education in economics / finance / mathematics / risk management or related disciplines.
• Additional certifications in risk management (FRM, PRM, CFA, or similar) are an advantage.
• Work experience - at least 5-7 years' experience in risk management, including at least 2 years in a senior position.
• Practical experience in developing and implementing risk strategies, risk management and corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Strategic planning and decision making skills.
