

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- General administrative and clerical support
- Schedule reservations of conference halls
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Organize drivers’ work
Education and Experience:
- University degree
- Experience in administrative area would be a plus
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Excel)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Fluent English
