Обязанности:
- Operate the plant safely and reliably by complying with regulatory requirements
- maintain all necessary licenses and permits,
- organize reporting and investigations of all incidents and ensure corrective actions are complete
- take measures for respect the rules of health safety, industrial safety and industrial sanitation, operation of the equipment and tools and control their fulfillment by the Company personnel
- Coordinate the activities between production and maintenance employees and take decisions in the respect of safety, reliability, cost efficiency:
- Represent the Company to the Administrations and the Customers
- Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty and work experience in the specialty in senior positions in the relevant profile of the organization, the type of economic activity for at least 5 years.
Ability to conduct incident investigation using the event tree method.
Risks associated with oxygen, carbon monoxide, cryogenic liquids.
Communication skills with people and leadership skills.
Ensuring management of IMS records in correspondence with the requirements of documented procedure and area of responsibility;
Knowledge, understanding and fulfillment of process requirements and IMS documented procedures including requirements of quality management, management of ecological aspects and risks related to life and health of employees;
Computer skills, use of MS Office especially Excel and Word;
Good knowledge of the current rules, regulations and local standards related to the company’s activities in Kazakhstan;
Good Language skills - Kazakh/Russian/English - upper intermediate preferable
