Responsibilities:
  • The HR/Talent & Culture Manager provides strategic partnership to the management team via a proactive approach to managing human capital. This includes the identification of issues and implementation of initiatives to support: performance management, succession planning, internal talent identification, promotion and position/location moves, employee engagement, retention, and personnel reporting. The Talent & Culture Manager acts as an integral part of management team discussions, using a consultative approach to help the company reach their strategic business goals through people and culture. The Talent & Culture Manager leads and oversees the day to day operation of the Talent & Culture Department as well as play a critical role in assisting in the implementation of the Talent & Culture strategy.
  • Ensures the Efficient running of the Personnel, Training & Security Division

    Establishes the essential Training Programs in close conjunction with other operational and non operational Division/Department Heads

    Maintains employer/employee relations throughout the Hotel

    Maintains and updates House Rules and regulations for all staff

    Ensures staff hand book is always updated

    Ensures each staff member has a file for reference with relevant documents referring to the employee concerned

    Ensures that all information regarding staff is kept CONFIDENTIAL

    Recruits and also processes resignations, terminations and dismissals of all staff

    Maintains and updates staff facilities and benefits

    Supervises staff recreational programs.

    Maintains and Boosts staff morale

    Keeps the Executive Committee updated on any issues concerning staffing

    Ensures that all personnel issues conform to the local laws and regulations of the Country

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Management experience
  • A strong understanding of labor and employment law Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English, Kazakh, Russian languages
  • 1C ZUP program advance user
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
