Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools to extract valuable insights.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and present findings in client meetings.
- Conduct A/B tests, conversion rate optimizations, and keep up with the latest industry trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage large-scale media buying budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies tailored to brand needs.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong background in performance marketing strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
- Fluent in professional-level English (both written and spoken).
- Preferably Turkish language knowledge
