Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools to extract valuable insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and present findings in client meetings.
  • Conduct A/B tests, conversion rate optimizations, and keep up with the latest industry trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage large-scale media buying budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies tailored to brand needs.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong background in performance marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
  • Experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
  • Fluent in professional-level English (both written and spoken).
  • Preferably Turkish language knowledge
