International Company is looking for Financial Manager – International FMCG Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory & Tax Compliance: Handle communication with tax, VAT, and insurance authorities to ensure full regulatory adherence
- Financial Operations Management: Oversee financial activities across Kazakhstan, ensuring robust reporting and control frameworks
- Financial Statement Preparation: Supervise the timely and accurate compilation of financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Accounting & Period-End Closure: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records, overseeing monthly and annual closing procedures
- Financial Performance Monitoring: Deliver ongoing financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives
- Internal Controls & Policy Implementation: Design, implement, and uphold internal financial controls and operational guidelines
- Team Leadership & Development: Organize and enhance the finance function, guiding and mentoring the finance team
- Budgeting & Cash Flow Supervision: Develop company budgets, monitor financial liquidity, and align financial planning with corporate goals
- Management & Performance Reporting: Prepare and present structured financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Funding & Capital Management: Assess financing needs and optimize cash flow strategies to support business sustainability
Requirements:
- Language Skills: English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Industry Background: Preferably experience in the FMCG sector, particularly within a trading company (non-manufacturing)
