Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan
Position Overview:
ZAFCO is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian, English and local dialects and have a background in working with leading brands. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans – digital and traditional media, managing trade marketing activities, and conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan Development and Execution:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand growth and market presence. Work closely with UAE HQ and brand teams to ensure marketing plans are aligned with overall business objectives and receive necessary approvals.
Digital and Social Media Marketing: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and social media campaigns to increase brand engagement and reach.
Trade Marketing: Develop and manage trade marketing activities to enhance product visibility and performance in the market. Work with sales teams and dealers to implement trade promotions and ensure effective in-store execution.
Product Launches: Coordinate the launch of new product lines or patterns, ensuring successful market introduction and promotion.
Sell-Out Promotions: Design and propose sell-out promotion activities, submitting proposals to brands and HQ approval.
Dealer Incentive Trips: Organize and manage dealer incentive trips to reward and motivate high-performing dealers.
Event Activations: Plan and execute event activations to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze market data, including pricing, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities. Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Language: Russian, English and local languages.
- Education: Masters/MBA in Marketing or Advertising.
Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing roles, particularly with international brands.
- Experience in marketing and a strong understanding of the Kazakhstan market.
Skills:
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing plans – digital and offline.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
