About the company

Educational Scientific-Production Center "Bayserke-Agro" combines practical farming expertise with education and innovation. Located in the village of Panfilovo in the Almaty region, the center offers a well-equipped environment with laboratories, research facilities, dormitories, a cafeteria, and classrooms.

The center collaborates with scientific organizations, universities, and international experts to support practical training and applied research. It provides opportunities for professionals and students to gain hands-on experience in real-world agricultural settings.

The center conducts specialized training courses for mid- and senior-level livestock specialists. Topics include crop cultivation technologies, livestock care, veterinary practices, dairy production standards, and dairy farm operations.

To date, over 1000 students and specialists from across Kazakhstan have benefited from training at the center. The focus is on providing practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge, preparing participants to address the challenges of modern agriculture effectively. The center supports the enterprise’s broader mission to enhance agricultural education and production while fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Since October 26, 2023, the Kazakh-German Competence and Consulting Center for Milk Production has operated within the center, offering practical consulting services tailored to the dairy sector.

100% Full-time / 40 hours/week / Hybrid working schedule

The quality of performance and goal achievement of this position are reviewed once a year as part of the annual qualification (employee interview).

Main tasks

- Management of the company

- Management of the team

- Development, organization and monitoring of internal structures and work processes.

- Allocation and control of human and economic resources

- Marketing for the company's services and acquisition of customers

- Monitoring and coordination of appointments and processes

- Answering information and customer inquiries

Interfaces and collaboration

The job holder works closely with the KFM project and coordinates the seminar program and schedules with the team leader there.

Requirements

Work Experience - Minimum 4 years

Languages - English, Russian, Kazakh
