The Planning and monitoring branch is in search of an experienced Financial Analyst in our office in Almaty.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and optimizing financial models to forecast revenue KPIs for different Business Verticals
- Making improvements in the process of working with financial models in planning software Adaptive Workday
- Analyzing plan/actual deviations to improve forecasting accuracy
- Building processes between finance, business, and marketing
- Performing analysis on ad hoc requests
- Visualizing reports in BI tools (Tableau) and Adaptive Workday
Requirements:
- Financial education
- Similar work experience of at least 3 years
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL)
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization
- Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-end financial and operational models
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
