Responsibilities:
Extract, manipulate, and analyze marketing data to generate insights and support marketing strategies.
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key marketing metrics.
Use statistical analysis techniques to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in marketing data.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and measure A/B tests.
Assist senior analysts in collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company data governance policies.
Keep up with the latest industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with machine learning.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis, regression modeling, and data-driven decision making.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to translate data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive marketing efforts.
Fluent English as an advantage.
