Implementation of recommended retail and wholesale prices, market prices control. - Dealer monthly PSI analysis (stock not more than 60 days), market share, market situation summary & customers feedback, competitor’s benchmark, evaluation of products, necessary line-up, features, market price study. - Marketing Concept of new product launch by region, by dealer.
