-Monitor all aspects of Quality Control relative to installation activities for rotating equipment levelling, equipment alignment during the construction to ensure adherence to the COMPANY technical requirements. -Monitors BP’s execution of the installation, pre-commissioning, and start-up of compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, pumps and associated motor drives to ensure compliance with job specifications, functional performance, safety goals, and terms of contract. -Provide overall rotating package equipment technical leadership. -Installation & Inspection of Air Fin Cooler & Air-cooled surface condenser include Alignment of setting plate, structure, tube bundle, louver, shaft, pulley, Blade Angle, Tip clearance, Belt tension, pressure testing / Dew point inspection for tube bundles, solo run of motor, Completion of inspection records etc. -Review, comment and approve work performed by Business Partner to ensure compliance to specifications, codes and standards. -Condition monitoring by checking vibrations, and operating parameters and report abnormality. -Monitor the site acceptance of new equipment based on no load/load run performance in the project. Preparing punch list for abnormalities of rotating equipment. -Assure Contractor accurately completes relevant Quality/ Regulatory verification documents (QVDs/ RVDs) in a timely manner in line with Construction progress (Installation Work packs). -Build team relationship with Business Partner (BP), by supporting and filling in the gaps -Mentor and coach BP to eliminate issues before they become an issue, clearly communicate quality expectations. Assess and report BP Quality performance to Advisors -Progressive engagements with construction/Engineering counterparts, know the SOW and construction schedule (4-8 week lookahead). -Have daily debriefing to status QVD completion with BP counterparts and report to Advisor. -Enforce and monitor adherence to Exhibit F-5 'Contractor Quality Requirements' -Implement regular Preservation / Quality walkdown with focus on "Build-It Clean" & monitor its effectiveness -Conduct surveillance and witness testing associated with equipment and systems in accordance with ITP. -Expectation is to work 60% of time in the field as a minimum. -Ensure BP’s working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions -Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and that testing equipment is calibrated. -Review procedures for testing/examining components with the optimal method and techniques. -Provide weekly input to the QMS reporting system, with regards to trends and unresolved exceptions and problems. -Provide early warning of potential quality problems and ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed -Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff. -Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards -Adhere to and support TCO Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies -Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives -Participate in Behavioral Based Safety (Check IT). -Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) / Save a Life Program through reaching out and communicating with Business Partner (BP) Staff and trades personnel.

-Produce Quality plan in line with specifications -Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the project team to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents. -Coordinate all inspection, monitor the required tests and record test made per the company specifications. -Ensure that conformance report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the contract specifications of normal construction industry practices. -Review contractor’s inspection test plan (ITP’s) Method Statement submittals, monitoring quality inspections implementation of approved (ITP’s), assist inspectors to solve the site issue if works were not done according to approved drawings and project specification requirements. Appointed as Mechanical QC Inspector to perform inspection and maintenance such as Minor and Major Inspections Hot Gas Path Inspection GAS TURBINE MAINTENANCE Frame7 HGPI 114-KT-100A / Centrifugal Compressors GE-Nuovo Pignone BCL 806 / MCL1405 / 3MCL1404 and their relevant aux. equipment at Yamal LNG. The main duties concerned: - Visually Inspect Turbine Components - Visually Inspect Fuel Nozzles & End Covers - Visually Inspect Crossfire Tubes, Liners, Flow Sleeves, Cans & TP's - Measure 1st Stage Nozzle Ellipticity - NDT Buckets - Inspect Inlet Guide Vanes as Per Applicable TIL's - Clean & Visually Inspect Turbine Compartment Piping - Clean & Visually Inspect Roof & Enclosure Panels - Perform Major overhauling of Rotating Equipment’s Like Centrifugal Compressors Barrel Type (GE-Nuovo Pignone BCL 806 / MCL1405 / 3MCL1404); - Perform Dry gas seal Replacement and Bearing Inspections. - Perform preventive, breakdown and shutdown workshop activity; - Alignment of Turbo machinery with dial indicator or Laser Alignment - Troubleshooting and Overhaul and, Repair, of mentioned machines.

Responsibilities - Review of Vendor documents like ITP, WPS, Quality Procedures, and NDE etc. and other Quality Deliverables pertaining to Rotary, Static Equipment’s, Package Items & verifying suitability to project specific requirements - Carry out frequent surveillance visits during manufacturing stage to Supplier Facilities (Local & International) on behalf of Client. - Ensure that all unresolved issues are followed up with the appropriate parties and where necessary elevated to PQM. - Liaison with Client QA/QC Representatives. - Support the tendering process when requested related to Quality, TPI manpower/Cost. - Prepare Quality Monthly Report for Management review. - Conducting Vendor Audit as per Project Audit Schedule - Review and approval of Project Specifications. Quality requirements pertaining to Static Equipment’s (Pressure Vessels, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Sulfur Granulation Package, Jacketed Pipes, CS Vessels, Flare Stack, HE Pumps, Storage Tanks, etc.), Packaged Equipment (Activated carbon Filter Package, Produced Water Treatment Package, Metering Package, Boiler Package, Flare Package etc.,) - Review of IDC for Material Requisitions, Data sheets and Quality Documents and identifying Quality Requirements/Deliverables in line with Project/ Contract requirements. - Evaluate vendors’ Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for the quality/technical requirements. - Vendor for Compliance to ISO requirements and their capabilities in meeting Specific Project requirements on materials, Welding, Heat Treatment, Painting etc. Identifying areas requiring reinforcements and rectification before placing a purchase order.

Responsibilities: Provide discipline reports on a monthly and weekly basis; (project quality report.) - Conducting Contractor/Vendor Audit as per Project Audit Schedule. - Support the tender process related to Quality, TPI manpower/Cost. - Review/Approval Hidden ACTs, Soil compaction Test, Concrete Cube Test) - Preparations WEP for welding works. - Preparations of welding procedures (WPS) - Qualification of welding technologist(PQT as per international and local codes/standards (API 5L API650, ASMIВ31.3,ASME Sect IX AWS D1.1, IS-309, Snip) - Welder Qualification as per ASME sect IX and local standard IS-309. - Review /Approval reports mechanical and NDE (Impact test, curved test, RT, UT, PT, vacuum pack test), - Inspecting Materials/Equipment’s (Visual inspection, Hydro test inspection, Performance test, NDE.) - Control of the proper storage receiving materials/equipment’s; - Handover final documentation to operation (ACTs and LOGs as per GOST, SNiP, VSN local standards )
