Шымкент. Старший инженер проектной группы по запуску и наладке оборудований по розливу завода в г. Шымкент. Пуско-наладочные работы комплексной линии по розливу напитков, преимущественно оборудования мирового бренда KRONES GmbH. На период Пуско-наладочных работ исполнял обязанности начальника цеха по производству. Координация работ между наладчиками (подрядчики) и операционным персоналом компании. Контроль и мониторинг за исполнением объемов работ в рамках проекта. Соблюдение требований кор-стандартов и техники безопасности.

Make preparations for and supervise the development of preventive maintenance schedules for the Sulfide Plant in the form of MS Project schedules or other graphic programs. Supervise all processes related to preventive maintenance, identifying and solving problems. Determine the necessary manpower to perform preventive maintenance and make adjustments and balance the work capacity of production services for preventive maintenance. Collect and analyze information on the scope of preventive maintenance in the OeBS ERP system. Facilitate the introduction of comprehensive maintenance systems, ensuring timely equipment adjustment and repair, efficient operation of the enterprise, progressive repair technology, highly effective repair tools, mechanization of laborintensive processes. Coordinate, organize and take part in meetings with Company’s key specialists to discuss and control the execution of shutdown schedules and plans to comply with short-, medium- and long-term maintenance and repair plans. Participate in the organization of preventive maintenance, invite contractors and contribute to the organization of other services of the enterprise for the implementation of preventive maintenance. Assist in preparation of regular planning reports according to the actual performance indicators. Assist in the preparation of technical specifications for the procurement of services associated with the short- and longterm maintenance plans for the Sulphide Plant. Initiate procurement of services in the OeBS system and monitor the status of procurement of services related to the repair of Sulphide Plant equipment. Determine and coordinate service contracts with contractors to execute short-, medium- and long-term maintenance and repair plans. Participate in the organization of preventive maintenance, invite contractors and contribute to the organization of other services of the enterprise for the implementation of preventive maintenance.

Provide engineering solutions for faults and deficiencies in mechanical systems to achieve the planned plant output; Manage the Company’s investment projects (CAPEX projects); Arrange Project Management Committees and coordinate their activities; Prepare justifications for investment projects, technical specifications, requests for work (services) and other necessary documents in cooperation with relevant departments of the Aktogay team. Prepare technical specifications, scopes of works, engineering documentations and requests for service procurement; Provide data for requests for procurement of materials and spare parts required for the plant equipment operation; Examine technical properties of materials for compliance to requirements; Examine the estimate and design documentation provided by design contractors, submit comments and accept the project upon its completion; Make technical calculations of projects at the design and implementation stages; Provide support and assistance in promotion of preventive maintenance culture with the use of technologies, monitoring, data analysis, as well as root cause analysis; Assist with the development of capital budgets to the manager; Provide support in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and schedules on the department activities; To perform incoming control of spare parts and equipment to comply with technical requirements and supply conditions including spare parts, details and steel structures manufactured as per company’s designs and drawings in order to meet technical parameters, sizing and deviations and manufacturing quality of supplied products. In case of non-conformity, non-conformance acts are issued with indication of all revealed defects. Takes coordinate action during installation of new equipment and engages commissioning works. To develop and monitor KPI on process equipment operation and implement efficiency improvement plans. To provide support in development of OPEX and CAPEX budgeting to achieve plant’s targets over production and throughput. To control repair, installation, dismantle of equipment by contractors within outside the area confirm that maintenance schedule in maintained and within approved design and technical documentation. To define scope of works and prepare technical specifications to issue maintenance contracts and check quality of the provided services. To prepare purchase requisitions for required spare parts, goods and materials and conduct purchase/supply process.
