-Controlling compliance with the terms and conditions of all contracts related to fixed projects, overseeing all fixed contracts/projects.
-Preparation the Cost Estimates for QA/QC project costs for reporting periods.

- Coordination of works with other departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting and Finance to accurately account for all expenses.
-Regulation of all contract issues related to costs and expenses, dealing with problematic issues, full interaction with the finance department on disputable issues when invoices are issued or rejected.
-Completely monitoring contract expiration dates, handling contract documentation (Authorizations, Change Requests, etc.) including filing, reviewing/confirming invoices from contractors/suppliers/subcontractors and service orders in accordance with contract terms.
-Participation in meetings and ongoing liaison with the Client, Suppliers, negotiating and correspondence at a business level.
-Preparing contracts for signing, informing contractors/suppliers of changes, and receiving proposals.
-Conduct full monitoring of contract validity periods, work with contract documentation (authorizations, requests for changes, etc.), including filing documentation, checking/confirming invoices from contractors/suppliers/subcontractors and orders for the provision of services in accordance with the terms of contracts.
