- Support and coordinate HSE Team at the field; - Daily walk arounds, field visits – audits, inspections; - Conducting risk assessment (HARC) at the location; - Control over proper log keeping of mandatory HSE log books; - Participation in work of state inspections (DIS, Fire Department, etc.) and support in closing action items; - Participation in client’s audits (cross audits, OE Audits, etc) and closing action items; - Preparation and participation in CHESM performance review meeting; - Developing and issuing appointment orders; - Conducting weekly safety meeting with all crew; - Developing procedures and plans (ML/DROPS, PPE Plan, Fatigue Management plan, etc.) - Arrangement of incident/accident investigations - Coordination of customer’s weekly, monthly reports on time (MIR report, Drilling reports, etc.); - Arrangement of company corporate HSE trainings to employees; - Conduct safety induction with all newly employed, trainees and interns arrived; - Control all driving related matters: VDO, unsafe cases, driving trainings, taking actions in case of driving violations as per disciplinary matrix;

* Daily walkaround at the worksite to reveal HSE rules non- compliance (improper PPE, improper hand tools, violation of safety rules while an employee works at height, improper waste segregation and etc.); * Hazard inspection at the worksite every 10 days according to the schedule and established inspection checklists; * Daily inspection of JSA, PPHA, PTW and other required site specific documents to be filled out properly prior to start of the planned task; * Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, first aid kits and spill kits; * Monthly check of the RIR and O/I submission statistics by MRM personnel; * Monthly check and updates of the SLB training certifications in QUEST; * Weekly check of diesel consumption, safety harness issue and lifting gears log books/registers * Participation in daily pre-job safety meetings with the crew members at the work site with dicussion of job related hazards, control (mitigation and prevention) measures; * Reviewing Client Blitz compaigns and flashbacks with the crew according to the topics submitted by the client * Participation in tool box talk at the work site prior to the beginning of the planned task; * Conducting site specific induction for the newcomers with registration him/her in a safety induction registers; * Conducting Hazard Hunt at well site, record findings and assign responsible person for open items and track them until closure; * Assistance in filling out of PTWs and JSAs for the planned job/task. Revision and review of the work related PPHAs; * Assistance in arrangement of company corporate HSE trainings/meetings/compaigns to employees. Registration of the SLB personnel for the client specific trainings according to the operational needs (WAH, confined space entry, PTW&JSA and etc.); * Sending daily HSE report to client and SLB management for their awareness and engagement; * Submission of all corporate required MRM HSE statistical reports to management monthly and yearly.
