Roles & Responsibilities: • Ensure that the Contractor’s schedules are in line with the EPC contract • Development and implementation of the Company PMC Project Control Procedures & systems, including KPIs and dashboards. • Identify and advise the PMC team of risks and propose respective mitigation plans that may affect the project • Lead the PMC team in the review of the project monthly earned field progress. Verify the respective Contractor reports/invoices and conduct/lead the related quantity survey activities. • Coordinate the analyses of any eventual and submitted Contractor Variation Orders / Claims and assist the PMC Team in the development of suitable contractual argumentation to defend the OWNER’s interests. • Ensure that the Contractor document and data handover plans are in line with the EPC contract. Review and evaluate the existing OWNER document and data management procedures and systems. Ensure that the OWNER is provided with the best possible data and IMS, efficient for future plant operations, maintenance and possible further development. • Monitor and coordinate contractors’ project deliverables and support Company top management in projects management and decision making

EPCM Portfolio projects to deliver services for eight offshore oil and gas platforms operated by BP at Caspian Sea. Around hundred ongoing flowlines & other topside assets modification projects. Project value is around 1 - 2 million USD each. Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of cost estimates & schedules for projects, controlling & reporting of engineering & construction works status, coordination of engineering manpower according to histograms from Oracle based ERP systems. Participation in the development Oracle based company project controls management systems.

Project: “STAR Refinery”, Owner and Client in building of new oil refinery complex in Turkey, Izmir (Capacity 10 Mln t/yr) Roles & Responsibilities: • Create and setup systems & procedures and direct management and coordination of the Project Control department, which includes; o Planning, scheduling & reporting: Development and implementation of related Company procedures, generate & regularly update of Company master schedules, review & control of main contractor and other small projects schedules and different progress reports, monitoring the actual progresses of project activities, produce regular internal management level reports, KPI’s & dashboards and etc. o Cost & budget control, quantity survey: Development and implementation of Company cost control procedure & system, generate & regularly forecast of Projects budget, maintain budget control with SAP PS module, coordination of all control and approval stages of invoices submitted to Company, close work & support finance team in technical subjects & projects information and etc. o Risk management: Preparation of Company & projects risk register, attending the risk meetings with stakeholders, evaluation of the risks & mitigation actions and etc. o Document management & information management systems: Development and implementation of Company document & information procedures & system, managing an electronic document management software development, coordinating an engineering documents flow between Company & Contractors (around 400 000 documents), establishment of electronic & hard archives and etc. o Quality assurance and ISO certification: Development and implementation of Company quality assurance system and culture, preparation for Company ISO certifications.

Project: “Chirag Oil Project”, Client in Construction & Commissioning of 19,250 T Production, Drilling & Living Quarters integrated topside platform for the ACG field in Caspian Sea Roles & Responsibilities: • prepare & follow up a pre-commissioning / commissioning master schedules • coordination of producing periodical management level monthly, weekly progress and finical reports & dashboards • control & analyze contractor construction progress & performance • project budget, cost & resource planning • monitor contractor planners in weekly update of schedules & progress figures • critical path analyses and mitigation action planning in the project • tracking engineering & procurement deliverables
