Cooperate and interact within the framework of their position with the author and technical supervision of the project. Assistance in the preparation of a package of applications for building permits, as well as filing applications and obtaining building permits (Talon at the start of construction). Checking the availability of all permits / approvals prior to construction at the facilities, together with Customers (RA specialists). Passing audits by the RA department and protecting executive and technical documentation for compliance with laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SN, SNiP, GOST, etc.) in front of Customers. Tracking changes and additions in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with a group of RA from the Customer’s side. Receiving and preparing, together with Customers (specialists of RA), conclusions on the conformity of quality and design from technical and architectural supervision reports, acts of acceptance of completed objects. Completion, protection and signing of the verification log, according to GOST 24297-2013 (“Verification of purchased products. Organization and control methods”) from technical supervision, as well as in the certification department at TCO. Maintain, protect and approve for final loading into Pol of the matrix system for materials received from the Customer and local for construction and installation works; Compliance and control over the proper execution and filling in of the work execution log, as per SN RK 1.03-00-2011 (“CONSTRUCTION MANUFACTURE. plots; approval of technical and architectural supervision) Weekly report on construction and installation work done to customers, namely the RA department; Drafting, approval of the RA check list by technical supervision, with full delivery of it to the RA department., TCO turnover, complete with a file on the final object.

• Reviewing technical project documentation for compliance with RoK regulatory laws. • Reviewing assignments on design, explanatory memorandums, drawings, project passports for compliance with SNiPs, GOSTs, rules, norms, regulations and with other requirements applicable at the territory of RoK. • Co-operation with contractor organizations involved in performing activities for progress tracking on obtaining permit documentation, for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as reviewing their permitting documents and as-built technical documentation. • Coordination of interaction between engineering and regulatory groups (providing obtainment/submission of initial data and of other required information in a timely manner). • Verification of materials, facilities, and equipment’s passports and certificates in accordance with standards and technical requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan
