• Managing a team of translators for ongoing translation projects (interpretation and translation) • Attracting new customers, negotiating, conducting presentations, concluding contracts • Administrative duties, statistics, reporting, financial management, planning, including market analysis and competitor research • Preparation of tender documents, participation in government and commercial procurement

• Control over day-to-day translation projects, customer relationships, acting as the main contact between partners, suppliers, customers • Conducting meetings to discuss and clarify briefs, new strategies, client requirements, deadlines and budgets • Coordination of large projects, software integration for better team efficiency and competitive pricing • Selection and training of translators (full-time and freelance)

• Achievement of KPIs and goals by the leading marketing and IT department teams • Enhancing relations with customers (CRM), managing relations with partners in supply chain (PRM) • Developing annual marketing plan and participating in exhibition pavilions. Managing marketing budget including budget reporting, cost controls, cost savings and variance analysis by coordination with purchase and accounting departments • Closing new business deals by fulfilling specifications in steel, civil, oil & gas market; developing and negotiating UAE/Qatar contracts; integrating contract specifications with business operations

• Achieving Sales targets and sourcing sponsorships (contracts negotiation) • Creating marketing campaigns (advertising) and working with Media agencies (producing insights for ATL and BTL advertising) • Assisting with the development of B2B marketing communications collateral including brochure, prequalification, website and social network pages • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan, represent company at Governmental Entities (DM, Ministry of Public Works, DED, Aviation, etc.) while travelling across UAE

• Consultation of clients on the range and Sales • Control of stock/order/reception of goods, distribution on shelves • Dealing with claims of clients • Maintaining documentation, reporting

• Consultation of clients on availability of goods and brands in the shopping center • Defining clients’ complaints, selection of the best decisions for resolving of in-store and Mall issues/problems • Monitoring social network pages and timely reply • Handling the follow up activities (outgoing phone calls)
