Conducting an introductory briefing, conducting personal trainings, application of functional training, drawing up of individual programs, drawing up of a food (diet). Knowledge of sports nutrition, knowledge of medical pharmacology. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. There is an experience of working with people who have physical deviations or traumas.
