-Internal Group reporting Operations activity (PNL, Profitability Analysis, Sales, Capex). -Lead and elaborate financial planning process (Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting). -Support in decision-making and profitability analysis to GM and Sales & Marketing staff (S&M). -Analyze and release budget of Sales and Mkt projects. -Produce the internal management reporting to GM and S&M Staff. Support S&M analyzing their financial data. -Designs and implements internal controls to ensure adherence of financial and operational processes with region and Group strategies and objectives (eg. Inventory management processes, cash-flow follow up…). -Ensure the respect of group closing deadlines to ensure on time Group reporting. -Takes responsibility for local statutory accounts, management accounts and budgets towards HQ & third parties (statutory audit, etc.). -Coordinates with Area GM and Paris based Intercontinental HQ’s financial aspects of contracts, commercial development, pricing, structuring and compliance of transactions. -Ensure adherence of local operations to Group policies and processes re: Legal, Compliance, Commercial strategy; acts as point of contact for Legal issues and works in coordination with Paris-based Legal teams and external counsels on specific operations. -Control of the payroll costs in coordination with the general manager to link headcount/FTE reporting and payroll analysis (Payroll is outsourced to a third party) -Manage Accounting and Administrative team.: set clear duties and objectives, do regular assessment and give feedback to ensure tasks are performed on time with high quality standard.

 Be the business partner of general manager by providing analysis for proper financial/economic assessment of operations decisions;  Coordinate the monthly and quarterly internal/group financial reporting with the help of internal customers (business analysis);  Build and report budget/forecast and strategic plan data , and prepare appropriate presentation aiming to support business needs;  Manage Finance processes in order to ensure timely and accurate financial data for internal and external reporting needs;  Contribute to further develop the Finance function (systems, tools, procedures, processes) to support business growth  Build and implement (training) strong internal controls procedures and check implementation (regular audit/checks to be performed)  Build a strong relationship with HQ controllers by applying a regular and open communication
