1)  MVS(Motor Vehicle Safety) Process/ Assurance in Contractors organization: New Contractor MVS deployment assisting to the new contracting companies beginning working for TCO in regard of TCO requirements for Contractors, assistance in development of the MVS program based on TCO requirements. 2) Provision of analysis of the Contracting companies driving performance: Assists to identify drivers having poor driving performance and requiring coaching or other actions in accordance with consequence matrix. 3) Compilation weekly IVMS reporting and distribution to contractors and contract owners. 4) Be single point of a contact for Contractors and provide support to the Contracting companies: In cases of any changes to the MVS program or if any new requirements issued like overtaking policy or code of conduct arranging meetings with contracting personnel to explain TCO management expectations. 5) Interface with CHESM: CHESM interim audits of the Contracting companies by carrying out scheduled PR audits as a part of the CHESM process in regard of the motor vehicle safety. 6) Provide SME support for MVC investigations by taking active participation as SME in investigation of MVIs. Assisting in development of recommendations and finding the most optimal way for identification of the root causes resulted in MVI. 7) Conduction of different monthly audits such as Fatigue management, pre-trip inspection verification and validation audits. 8) Regular participation in the monthly CHESM communication meetings - develop presentations and deliver information about recent changes in TCO MVS requirements to all contractors at the meetings. 9) MVS Campaign/ Forum support: Provide support to MVS Advisor with planning and execution of MVS Forum.  Complete involvement into development of the presentations and all required materials with latest TCO requirements to the Contracting companies. Arranging access, identifying participants and providing complete assistance to the participating Contracting companies to get themselves prepared. 10) Regulatory Agency Interface – Contact with regulatory affairs group to check for RoK regulations regarding MVS.

Safety Culture: • Provide a visible and respectful road safety presence in the field. • Monitoring Standards to ensure companies operating on the project are meeting motor vehicle safety expectations. • Randomly attending and conducting driver tool boxes. • Coaching and mentoring drivers on use of IVMS. Safer drivers: • Ensuring drivers are authorised to drive on the Project. • Active verification of driver qualifications and competencies. • Active monitoring of driver behavior across the project. • Coaching and mentoring drivers in the field. • Spot checks of driver’s compliance to the applicable MVS standards (documentation, licenses). • Spot checks for compliance with fatigue management requirements particularly for night operations. • Speed Monitoring. Safer vehicles: • Site access verification inspection of all Project vehicles and equipment prior to being authorized to enter site. • Continual monitoring of vehicle and equipment fitness for purpose during operations • Conduct spot checks of vehicle maintenance regimes • Loads and lashing inspections • Ensure vehicles are property equipped for existing climate i.e. winter operations Safer roads: • Verification of traffic management arrangements at work sites • Escorts of vehicles and equipment (if and as required) • Road condition/infrastructure inspections • Providing monitoring and advice on the impact of severe weather on the roads Safer responses: • Response (assistance) to vehicle incidents and crash • Response to vehicle recovery incidents • Participate in investigations • Ensuring corrective actions are closed-out in the field

• Duties included interfacing with TCO Major Capital Projects IIF Team on a regular basis to encourage and maintain a culture where everyone believes all incidents and operating disruptions are preventable and that achieving Zero incident is possible. • Utilized Company IIF Protocol to develop, publish, implement and maintain the IIF Plans for project. • Deployed and regularly used the “Project Resource Company” (PRC) IIF Protocol gap assessment tool to identify improvement and close the potential gaps and implement IIF plans

• Was responsible for a team comprised of 65 people, 25 trucks, 1 excavator, 6 loaders, 6 bulldozer earthmovers, 2 graders and 4 rollers • Led the construction of new road, length: 16 km from oilfield “Prorva” till “Tolkyn • Planned and coordinate all works in a safe manner • Procured materials • Ensured the project was completed within schedule and budget without any LTI.
