Inspection completed Metering stations, Multi well-pads, Plant Manifolds, Mid-line valve stations, Substations, Instrument air compressor package units, devices during the Mechanical Completion Walkdown (Greenfield, Brownfield). • Responsible for ensuring the constructed facilities are ready to be elevated to the status of System Completion. Guarantee the construction team/Contractors have done the job as per Design. • Responsible for the punch list raising and proper categorization, management and update to the final closure. • Checking weekly tracker for RFI (Request for Information) and TEA (Technical Exception Authorization). • Monitoring QVD (Quality Verification Document) progress in the MCPlus to ensure walkdowns are scheduled. • Planning and scheduling RFSU (Ready for Start-up) walkdowns on the weekly basis. • Ensuring that scope relevant to engineering drawings and system boundaries is available along with other requirements before walkdowns. • Perform RFSU final walkdowns in commissioning areas with operation staff, demonstrating equipment performance, creating a punch list, and managing to close it out for smooth and seamless handover to operations. • Preparing all resources and facilitating RFSU Walkdowns. • Good experience in Construction, Hydrotesting, Preservation, and Commissioning. • Strong knowledge of understanding drawings such as Systemized Boundary Drawing, Vendor Drawing, Piping & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID), • Handing over subsystems from System Completion to the Operation, Reliability, Maintenance and HPLP Conversion. • Participating in commissioning activities for SMP discipline. • Advising the Operations Department of the status of the completion of system packages and providing progress and status reports as required. • Checking Pipeline valves, supports etc. • Checking pipeline corridors one by one (KP, UPX, UCX, WP, IP, OHX, RDX, SOR, PUCX, POHX, CP, FLX) and checking Expansion Loop boxes of pipelines. • Checking A-QVD, B-QVD, C-QVDs, RLMU, Punch List, Tag List, and Latest revision of technical drawings via MC Plus & POL Coreworx, CMS, FED Systems to prepare and compile packages for RFSU walkdowns. • Participate in the Pre-Mechanical walkdowns, Final-Mechanical walkdowns, Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) walkdown, and Thermal test of the Diesel Flushing system for Injection Wellpads. • Preparing invitations and inviting OPS, Power OPS, Instrument, Maintenance, Reliability and Sub-Contract to the RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) walkdown and organizing the walkdown. • Facilitating a pre-walkdown meeting to ensure all participants are aligned with the scope and expected outcome of the walkdown as detailed in the Punch List procedure. • Checking the system and subsystems during the walkdown by the international standards (АРІ, АSTM, ASME), RoK, and TCO specifications and standards, • Closely communicating with Construction, MC team, Site Owner, Maintenance & Reliability, OPS, System Owner, Engineering, etc.

Project: Sheikh Khalifa Houbara Breeding Center Duties & Responsibilities: Assist project engineering team in all project phases and aspects: concept and system design, final test reports, as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and handing over the project to operations. Maintenance plans and justification preparation. Residential and industrial HVAC equipment selection knowledge. Materials and spare parts management. • Supervision of mechanical systems for manufacturing and breeding facilities. Systems include HVAC, plumbing, utility piping, compressed air, fire protection, and dust collection. • Check the joint preparation and fit up of piping & equipment of different material as per WPS & Drawings • Quality control. Welding witnessing, weld seam visual inspection; • Participate at all hydraulic testing works or any other activities related to inspections • Coordinating technical project requirements with the project team, including clients, project managers, other mechanical engineers and mechanical designers. • Monitor and manage HVAC maintenance site activities to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with company standards and the applicable RoK and industry codes. Make sure that work is carried out in accordance with company’s and government safety policies and procedures • Successful completion of pre-commissioning and commissioning and close out of punch lists. • Submit project close out reports. • Review and approval of monthly scope accomplishment, interim progress payment report. • Conducting of material incoming control for plumbing, HVAC and utility networks.

Project: Complex gas treatment unit – 3 (CGTU-3) on «Chinarevo» oilfield Duties & Responsibilities: * Visual inspection of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, etc.) & piping welds and welding repairs (FCAW, SMAW, GTAW). * Monitor and control of welding and mechanical activities as per client drawings, specifications. * Welders performance qualification in accordance with normative project docs. * Complete all record’s required for Welding, Mechanical and Hydro test activities. * Review and maintain calibration and Test records for Testing equipment’s at site * Preparation Internal Punch lists and coordinate with the site supervisor to close out all internal punch lists raised by QA/QC * Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of RFI, NCR * Control to ensure compliance with production technology and equipment operation * Monitoring of HVAC, pipeline, equipment installation in substation as per ITP; * Development of as-built and turn-over documentation
