Guarantee the construction team/Contractors have done the job as per Design. • Responsible for the punch list raising and proper categorization, management and update to the final closure. • Checking weekly tracker for RFI (Request for Information) and TEA (Technical Exception Authorization). • Monitoring QVD (Quality Verification Document) progress in the MCPlus to ensure walkdowns are scheduled. • Planning and scheduling RFSU (Ready for Start-up) walkdowns on the weekly basis. • Ensuring that scope relevant to engineering drawings and system boundaries is available along with other requirements before walkdowns. • Perform RFSU final walkdowns in commissioning areas with operation staff, demonstrating equipment performance, creating a punch list, and managing to close it out for smooth and seamless handover to operations. • Preparing all resources and facilitating RFSU Walkdowns. • Good experience in Construction, Hydrotesting, Preservation, and Commissioning. • Strong knowledge of understanding drawings such as Systemized Boundary Drawing, Vendor Drawing, Piping & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID), • Handing over subsystems from System Completion to the Operation, Reliability, Maintenance and HPLP Conversion. • Participating in commissioning activities for SMP discipline. • Advising the Operations Department of the status of the completion of system packages and providing progress and status reports as required. • Checking Pipeline valves, supports etc. • Checking pipeline corridors one by one (KP, UPX, UCX, WP, IP, OHX, RDX, SOR, PUCX, POHX, CP, FLX) and checking Expansion Loop boxes of pipelines. • Checking A-QVD, B-QVD, C-QVDs, RLMU, Punch List, Tag List, and Latest revision of technical drawings via MC Plus & POL Coreworx, CMS, FED Systems to prepare and compile packages for RFSU walkdowns. • Participate in the Pre-Mechanical walkdowns, Final-Mechanical walkdowns, Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) walkdown, and Thermal test of the Diesel Flushing system for Injection Wellpads. • Preparing invitations and inviting OPS, Power OPS, Instrument, Maintenance, Reliability and Sub-Contract to the RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) walkdown and organizing the walkdown. • Facilitating a pre-walkdown meeting to ensure all participants are aligned with the scope and expected outcome of the walkdown as detailed in the Punch List procedure. • Checking the system and subsystems during the walkdown by the international standards (АРІ, АSTM, ASME), RoK, and TCO specifications and standards, • Closely communicating with Construction, MC team, Site Owner, Maintenance & Reliability, OPS, System Owner, Engineering, etc.
