In India as a PMO for Purelogic Labs, a holding company that comprises AQI India and Prana Air providing good air quality solutions, manufacturing indoor and outdoor pollution control sensors, air purifiers and pollution masks. AQI India is an unique online platform that provides real time Air Quality Index for PM2.5, PM10, PM1, noise, temperature, humidity, CO2, HCHO, and lighting. Managing a team of locals and expatriates in New Delhi, India, working on the website and hardware development. Purelogic Labs also works with several other smart products, with an unique purpose of catering to the needs of people all over the world. These products are run through Kickstarter.

RDD - Retail Design & Delivery and fit out Project Manager Leader on behalf of client for Iran Mall project. A 320,000 m2 leasable area and 800 tenants Mall. Leading a team of 24 expatriates in addition to the locals in Tehran, Iran. Implementing the retail shopping mall design review and fit out follow up methodology of works, stablishing daily work routine activity. Liaising daily basis with tenants and brands representatives, reviewing their design against developer requirements. Due to the logistic requirements of a such development in Tehran I have worked on the development of an electronic web-based system for tenant's design submission, approvals, permissions and fit out follow up. Following up on mock up approvals, samples submissions, concepts and innovations.

Managed a series of projects with the Caribbean and South America portfolio from RFP to construction scheduling, reporting directly to the client on all aspects of design, budget and construction. Successfully managed simultaneous projects up to $250m in Brazil and Bahamas for clients including Fox Sports, Marriot Hotels, Credit Suisse, Bloomberg and Hyatt Hotels. Specific projects included green field and fit out for industrial and retail businesses including LEED certified, Data Centres, IT communication infrastructure and development, BMS, access and control high level security, steel and concrete structures and generator, satellite communication, HVAC and all other common trades. Oversaw design management, programming and schematic designs, documentation, liaison with local authorities, and the management of multiple consultants and contractors.

Overall Manager until the project was halted by the local government for $540 million Construction.

Supported $25m infra works projects for Standard Chartered Bank's HQ in Lagos incorporating 20 stories building, 2 basements and 5 adjacent car parks. Works included Sewage Treatment Plant, Harvest Treatment Plant; Plant Generator; and all Reinforcement Concrete Design development to European standards.

Acted as Technical Manager for 3 projects on behalf of Carrefour, liaising with consultants and the client on full design development to Construction Documentation, Technical and Engineering Design Coordination, quality assurance, technical and property hand-over.

Headhunted to direct all aspects of $240m design, build and construction of IKEA Mega Mall extension and refurbishment, expanding existing area from 180,000 to 230,000 m². Reported directly to the Board with accountability for 25 direct and 100+ indirect reports consisting of Design, Construction, Technical Engineering, Procurement and Commercial teams. Headhunted international team of Design Consultants from Finland, US, UK, Sweden and India; and implemented plans to ensure that the existing Mall remained operational and profitable throughout entire refurbishment project. Designed expansion of car parking areas from 8,000 to 12,000 spaces to accommodate 60m+ visitors p.a., liaising with Town Planning authorities to minimize impact on traffic flows during construction. Developed emergency procedures, and redesigned maintenance sustainability and significantly improved facilities management to provide unique façade and rebrand within an eco-friendly and green environment.

Recruited to bring international experience to the revitalization of India's Shopping Malls concept, managing design of 9 simultaneous project sites of up to 55,000 m² across 4 different cities and 2 states in India. Developed design with local Architectural firms in line with local codes and legislation, working under a foreign Architectural Consultant developing a new image brand. Identified specialist consultants for each major discipline - Foundation, Structure, Electrical, HVAC, Hydraulic and BMS - all coordinated and implemented by local and expatriate architects and engineers. Coordinated engineering value analysis between all of projects to achieve economies of scale, enable procurement of long lead items and imported equipment, finishing materials and elements to required standards. Managed project teams of Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Construction Engineers installing modern utilities and utilising natural resources such as monsoon rain water to establish reduced cost eco-friendly and aesthetic design strategies.
