 Coordinate, update and issue documents of the Company’s Management System; Actively participate in the review and improvement of the Company’s Management System;  Plan and perform internal Quality and Safety audits/inspections with CAR registration and follow-up of actions; Identify and report on Quality and Safety related problems;  Prepare toolbox subjects for discussions and issue to Department Managers;  Monitor the waste disposal systems (office, warehouse, field);  Review and adhere to the Legislative Acts and Regulations affecting Quality and Safety;  Carry out general QA/HSE tasks in liaison with Project Manager;  Arrange Safety training, when needed for staff;  Prepare relevant HSE documents for Company submission of tenders / proposals;  Support the preparation of project specific HSE information;  Liaise with Project Managers regarding field toolboxes, safety drills, safety audits etc. required for the monthly HSE statistics;  Assist in developing of Mob/Demob Project plans, lifting plans etc. as required;  To undertake any other duties as appropriate (within the person’s competency), as required by Project Manager / Managing Director from time to time  Be responsible for the filing of Management System documents in accordance with the relevant procedures and maintain the archive register;  Maintain and update the induction register and liaise with Human Resources Coordinator on employee’s HSE performance;  Registration and follow-up of Corrective Action Reports (CAR) from internal and 3rd party audits; accidents / incidents reported, coordinate Incident investigations and reporting;  Maintain and update the Safety Statistics; Prepare Safety Statistics information for monthly and quarterly reporting, or any other such report for Client or 3rd party.

 Assists the Technical Director and Project Manager in supervising projects, campaigns;  Responsible for the operations personal working offshore/onshore during the projects and supervising them during activities on Bautino and Atyrau bases;  Assists in planning, organizing and controlling the mobilization/demobilization activities;  Supervise the maintenance activities during lay up of equipment, project;  Responsible for Motor vehicles, drilling equipment for periodical and annual maintenance and inspection;  Issue clear work instructions to operations personnel, arrange equipment and the logistics necessary for the execution of these tasks;  Ensure equipment and tools in the warehouse/barge/vessels are timely inspected and certified/calibrated;  Conduct Daily Toolbox meetings with staff;  Assist HSE Coordinator, Project Manager during project, liaise with HR Coordinator regarding recruitment requirements for field operations personnel;  Assist HSE Coordinator and Technical Director during incident investigations;  Assist to prepare needed documentation for start offshore/onshore activities, successful implementation of project, client requirements;  Assist in the adherence of Company policies/HSE Policies within the Operations Department;  Recommend to the Technical Department job related training courses for operations personnel;  Setting a positive example by observing all safety rules and regulations adopted by the Company;  Promoting safe working practices and by insisting on strict observance of the Company's safety rules and regulations by all members of the Operations Department;  Setting a positive example by operating vehicles and equipment in a safe manner, and within the regulations of all federal, state and local laws;  Performs other functions as needed in order to accomplish this objective;  Check specific safety requirement for new projects and inform Technical Director / HSE Coordinator.

 Assists to Workshop manager in supervising manufacture process in “Drill pipe production and Repair workshop”;  Calculate/prepare commercial quotations/invoices to client,  Control manufacturing or repairing processes of drill equipment;  Coordinate and make personal planning of rotation work/personal execution plan;  Inspect/control of manufactured products (subs, casing and tubing, heavy and collar drill pipes, fishing tools) in according to API standards.
