HR Specialist(Expat Management)
• Coordinate the process of obtaining work permits and work visas for expatriates by working with the relevant authorities and specialists within the Group • Notify the migration police about expatriates entering the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Control the process of Travel Section employees on sites notifying the relevant RoK government authorities • Ensure that all relevant rules for issuing permits, visas and registration in the country are complied with by the HRA Sections of the company. Cooperate with regional government authorities on such matters for assisting the HRA Sections of the company with permits/registration/visas • Prepare invitation letters for business/work visas for the expatriates mobilization • Provide support to the Manager in the process of adaptation, induction, mobilization and demobilization for all expats • Is responsible for the timely registration of company expats departing from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the RoK migration legislation • Prepare various reports on foreign employees at the request of the company management • Substitute the HR Manager of the company during leave/days off on HR administration issues as instructed by the management • Explain the foreign personnel management policies/processes to the Company HRA employees and to expats, and ensure that they are duly complied with • Provide assistance in maintaining personnel records for foreign employees of KAZ Minerals Holding BV - drafting employment contracts, salary data, preparing documentation for their transfer, dismissal, etc. Prepare various reports on foreign employees at the request of management • Take all measures to ensure the security and protection of the personal data of the Company employees • Perform other assigned tasks: meetings, events
