I worked as the Focal Point for Oil & Gas Plants of the Karachaganak Field such as Unit-2 “Sour Gas Re injection Unit” and Unit-3” Low Temperature Separation Unit”). My duty was to Identify production and safety related operating problems on field with Operations & Unit Managers, to be interface between Engineering and Operations. Collecting the data required for analysis of the issue raised by Operations, the nature of the problem and expected outcome considered as successful resolution of the issue. Filter requests raised by Operations and P&M department and determine ways of solving malfunctions. Carry out feasibility&conceptual studies / Basic design and provide technical support during detailed design phase of the projects for any project related to process plants such as oil & gas production, de-bottlenecking/capacity enhancement, specialty chemicals, stabilized products, pipeline, utilities, water treatment etc. Check-up and co-ordinate Process Engineering deliverable's from Contractors including scope of work, data sheets, flow diagrams and technical reports, feasibility studies.
